USA - MASTER FRANCHISE RIGHTS

The success of the Enviro Masters system in Canada has been extraordinary with over 50 Franchises and growing. Specializing in ORGANIC and Enviro considerate lawn and property care is a service market virtually untouched in the U.S. and Franchise requests are now coming in regularly. Communities everywhere show an ever increasing need to reduce chemicals and use more environmentally considerate products and services around their home and environment.

The environment is everyone’s business and the development of ORGANIC programs that turn lawns greener than chemical programs fills the ever increasing need to reduce chemicals.

Enviro Masters is now looking for qualified people to help expand the Franchise system throughout the U.S. by way of Master Franchises. Master areas will be divided up by State or groups of States according to their geographical location and sold when we have registered in the State.

The business of Franchising is one of the most rewarding businesses around and can successfully be run from a small office or home office with only one to two people. You’ll have a successful Franchise system in a specific area, with a proven track record that works. You also get a brand name and even a support office to give you valuable information and business expertise when you need it.

      Royalties for 40 Franchises - minimum $2,500. each = $100,000./yr.

      Example 2: Master Franchise with 40 Franchises @ $30,000. each = $1,200,000.

      Royalties for 40 Franchises at $5,000. each = $200,000./yr.

The above is for information purposes only, not an offer.
